Our prime responsibility is for the health of our patient within the NHS terms.
Certain other services are offered where the recommended BMA fee is chargeable (see fees page).
These range from pre-employment medicals to private insurance claims for sickness benefits, fitness to drive and holiday cancellation certifications etc.
Please note: Special appointments are necessary for all medicals etc.
We will endeavour to provide appointments, when ncessary, to patients requiring a consultation that relates to any of the above, but these appointments will be provided only when it does not impinge on patients requiring appointments for NHS facilities. In most cases, though, an enquiry at the Reception desk should be sufficient to enable the relevant information to be passed to the Doctor to complete the form.
Any forms handed in for completion must have the following details on them:
Your name (in full)
Your address (including post code)
Your date of birth
If there are insufficient details to clearly identify you, then we will be unable to
complete the form.
