Comments and Complaints

At Nethergreen Surgery we always appreciate any compliments about our practice or if you have any helpful suggestions as to how we could improve things.

Please feel free to talk to us at any time, or write to us. If anything is going wrong, we can't put it right unless you tell us.

Complaints

We always try to provide the highest standard of care here at Nethergreen Surgery. However, sometimes things don’t always go as you may have liked.

If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of your care from our practice we hope we can put things right.
We hope you will feel able to use our complaints procedure if necessary (updated 10/17)

  • Our staff can provide you with a leaflet that sets out our complaints procedure.
  • You can put your complaint in writing to our Practice Manager Daniel Sayliss

Many issues can be sorted out very quickly and easily and allow us to address anything that may have gone wrong and improve our practice in the future. If you feel unable to approach us directly or you feel unsatisfied with the way we are handling your complaint then you should contact NHS England as complaints about GP practices are now handled by them.
