Blood Pressure Machines

In response to patient demand, the Surgery now has Blood Pressure machines that we are able to loan out to patients. This service will run in parallel to our ambulatory BP monitor, for which there is a waiting list.

You doctor will offer you the option to loan a machine if it is deemed appropriate. Unfortunately they will not be available on-demand – you must see a GP. The nurse will then see you for a tutorial on now to use the machine appropriately.

If you decide to borrow one of the machines, there is a £10.00 deposit which will be returned when the BP machine is handed back to the surgery.
