Patient Participation
At Nethergreen Surgery we are always interested in the views of our patients and we believe your input should help shape the services we deliver. We have a well established Patient Participation Group and are always happy to welcome new members. The group meets approximately every three months and discusses a range of issues including the Patient Survey.
Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Our Patient Participation Group meets regularly to discuss a range of issues affecting the Surgery. We discuss development of the Surgery and new ideas, as well as broader issues with regards to the NHS.
We have recently moved onto a cycle linked closely with the patient survey which runs annually (See diagram to the right). We discuss issues affecting the wider Surgery population and look at improvements we could make.
We are always looking for new members to represent the diversity of our patient base. Please ask at reception if you are interested in joining the group.
Minutes from our previous meetings are at the bottom of this page. If you would like some examples of the topics we discuss please click below. We also produce a report each year detailing the progress of the group. This is available below.
In the near future we plan on developing an online element to the group to allow patients to be involved without the need to attend the meetings.
